I wrote this myself, without a lawyer. It is an honest description of how I actually run this, not a reviewed legal document. Have a lawyer review it before this business sells at any scale. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Checkout runs on Stripe Managed Payments, and Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase. In plain words, Stripe is the seller on the payment side. Stripe takes the payment, works out and charges the right indirect tax — VAT, GST or sales tax — in more than 80 countries, remits that tax to the authorities, and issues your receipt and your invoice from Link.

You are buying a file, not access to me. I do not promise updates, revisions, new editions, support for your project, or consulting.
If a download link stops working, email me and I will send you another. That one I can promise, because the file is small and the buyer list is short.
This is the part worth reading twice.
Every finding in the manual was measured on a named provider, through a named route, on a named date. Those labels are printed next to each finding on purpose, so you can see exactly what was tested and judge whether it resembles your situation.
That scope is the product, and it is also its limit. AI video providers change their models, their parameters and their gating constantly. Accounts are gated differently from one another. Your prompt, your references and your material are not mine.
So, plainly: I do not warrant, promise or guarantee that any finding reproduces on your provider, your account, your model version or your material. I do not promise any particular result, saving, quality or improvement in your work.
Treat it as a record of what happened when I measured it, because that is what it is. Check anything that matters on your own setup before you rely on it. The manual is supplied as is.
You decide what to generate and what to pay your providers. Acting on something you read in the manual is your call. I am not responsible for credits, tokens, render time or fees you spend doing it.
Buying gives one named person a perpetual licence to use the manual, including using what you learn in your own paid client work. You may not resell or redistribute the document itself.
