I wrote this myself, without a lawyer. It is an honest description of how I actually run this, not a reviewed legal document. Have a lawyer review it before this business sells at any scale. Nothing on this page is legal advice.

Everything goes there: support, refunds, licence questions, privacy requests, anything about an order.
There is no help desk, no ticket number and no phone line. You are writing to me, and I am the one who answers.
I answer within one business day, and usually sooner.
If you are asking for a refund, I do it in that same reply rather than asking you anything first. The refunds page has the detail.
Said plainly, because it matters: this address is monitored and answered.
Stripe is the merchant of record for these sales, and if a seller does not respond to a buyer’s enquiry in time — the window is short, around 48 hours — Stripe can refund the buyer on its own. That is a good thing for you, and it is one more reason this inbox does not go unread.
So if you email me and hear nothing, do not sit on it. Email again, and if I am still silent, take it up with Stripe using your Link receipt. You will not be stuck either way.
There is no form to fill in.
The statement entry starts with LINK.COM*, and the purchase is shown as sold through Link. That is Stripe, which is the merchant of record here. What you bought was Why It Came Back Wrong, $29 USD, charged once.
If that still does not ring a bell, email me. I will tell you exactly what was bought and when, and refund it if that is what you want.
I never see your card details, so there is nothing about your card I can look up.
The payment itself — the charge, the receipt, the invoice and the tax on it — belongs to Stripe, which is the merchant of record and issues those from Link. If you need an invoice reissued or a tax document, say so and I will point you at the right place.
