Payment
$497The package: 5 videos, each up to 15 seconds. Paid in full, up front.
$349 a monthThe monthly plan: 1 video a week, each up to 30 seconds. Charged every month, for at least 3 months.
Stripe takes the payment.
Delivery
Your first video arrives within 5 business days of us receiving your idea. The whole package arrives within 3 weeks. On the monthly plan, you get one video a week.
Changes
Each video includes 2 rounds of changes.
Refunds
You get a full refund if you ask before we send you the first look at your video (we call it the styleframe). Once we have sent it, there is no refund.
Who owns the videos
You own the finished videos and can use them anywhere. We may show them in our portfolio unless you tell us not to.
Longer videos
In the package, a video up to 30 seconds is $45 more per video. Email us and we will quote it.
Cancelling the monthly plan
After the 3-month minimum, email us to cancel: japhet@promptlenshq.com.
