Questions
Before you book
Who can use the photographs, and where?
You get a licence to use every delivered frame for your business on your website, social accounts, email and print, for as long as you like. Paid-ad usage is included on the brand content day and is $250 on the other packages. HALIDE keeps the copyright and shows your pictures in its own portfolio only if you say yes.
How does the deposit work?
A 30% deposit holds your date and comes off the final invoice. The balance is due when your gallery is delivered. Payment runs through the payment company's own secure checkout page.
What if I need to move my date?
Move it once at no charge with 72 hours' notice, and your deposit moves with you. Inside 72 hours, we move the date once and keep the deposit on it. Outdoor shoots rained off by the forecast move for free.
Can I have the raw files?
Raw files are an add-on for $200: every frame from the day, unedited, alongside your finished ones. The edited set is the default, because a raw frame is not the finished picture.
How fast do I get my files?
Five working days after the shoot for every package. 48-hour delivery is $250.
Do you shoot food and restaurants?
Yes: dishes, drinks, menus and the room, at your place or in the studio's set kitchen. It books as a portrait session for a few dishes or a brand content day for a full menu.
