HALIDE is a concept site: the studio, its packages, prices and calendar are examples made to show how a photographer’s booking site can work.

Bookings

On a live site, a request for a date is confirmed by the studio in writing. A 30% deposit holds the date and comes off the final invoice; the balance is due when the gallery is delivered.

Moving a date

One move at no charge with 72 hours’ notice. Inside 72 hours the date moves once and the deposit stays on it. Outdoor shoots rained off by the forecast move for free.

Using the photographs

The client receives a licence to use delivered frames for their business on the web, social accounts, email and print. Paid-ad usage is included on the brand content day and is $250 on other packages. The studio keeps copyright and shows client work in its portfolio only with the client’s yes.
